Delivering customer wow


  • Support Account Managers and distribution partners to deliver deep technical expertise and consultancy to customers.
  • Support customers to get the best out of their instruments
  • Preparing and executing “scientific” talks about practical applications
  • Support Account Managers and Distributors in customer visits
  • Supporting Exhibitions as “The Expert”


Delivering customer trainings

  • Develop customer training /onboarding concepts and materials
  • Execute trainings for customers


Ensuring the right level of expertise with our Account Managers and Distribution partners

  • Design and execute theoretic and practical training courses
  • Design and execute knowledge and skill tests
  • Develop and execute specific training concepts for product launches

Ensuring that the knowledge within the company is growing steadily

  • Pro-active knowledge exchange with peers in other regions
  • Provide relevant input for application oriented content to product marketing
  • Input relevant application know-how to Product Management
  • Give input to product concepts from application point of view to maximize product success
  • Maintain and update “knowledge data base”
  • Keep relationship with renowned experts in the field to learn, understand trends


  • Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent) with direct experience in solving advanced NDT challenges.
  • Experience with using advanced UT, ideally to ISO 9712 / ASNT Level 3.
    • I suppose we are looking for a Young and energic person who should travel at least 40% of his/her time. 3rd level are usually over 40 and not really motivated with new technologies. My suggestion is to have a 2nd Level UT with at least 5-8 years on field (service is the best because multi segment experience as O&G, Forged, Energy etc). Of course with Phased Array Knowledge
  • Sales experience in international markets, preferably in the field of material testing. I would suggest to write NDT field and not material testing, too generic. Of course if we want to focus on UT. If he need to support other segment light Equotip etc let’s write both Material testing and NDT  
  • Fluency in English – knowledge of German or French highly desirable.
  • Located in Central Europe with good airport access or at our Headquarters in Switzerland
  • Open to travel up to 40-50% of his time
